Regina Home Economics for Living Project Inc. (HELP) is a non-profit organization that provides group educational programs and one-to-one counseling for everyday living skills to the general community, focusing on individuals with limited income.

HELP is the only non-profit organization of its kind in Saskatchewan. Since 1988 we've contributed to the well-being of the community through programs with an emphasis on empowering individuals to help themselves. We focus on equality, accessibility, life-long learning, skill development and healthy living.

A dynamic organization with tremendous potential for growth, HELP is looking for Board Members with expertise in Business Management, Marketing and Promotion, Strategic Planning, Law, Finance or Accounting and/or has an interest or is involved with community-based organizations.
